CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If you cancel your application and request a refund before the application has been submitted, a 10% administration & payment fee will be deducted from the amount.
APPLICATION SENT FOR PROCESSING
If your application has been submitted to Immigration for processing and payment has been made, a refund will not be possible, if you cancel your order. Refunds can neither be issued once your e-VISA has been approved.
VISA APPLICATION DENIAL & ERRORS
If your e-VISA application is rejected by the Indonesian Government, which is beyond our control and we cannot issue any refund.
Any visa denials or complications arising due to errors or false information provided by the applicant, no refund can be granted.
REFUND METHOD & TIME
- Credit card refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your account.
- Refunds can only be issued to the account holder from which the payment originated.
- Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from the date of your email request to our Customer Center at [email protected].
- Bank transfer refunds will incur fees from your bank, not from Bali Wisata Baik.
- Refunds will follow the currency rate set by the Indonesian bank.
FORCE MAJEURE & CLOSURE OF BORDERS
In cases of unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political disruptions, we reserve the right to amend or temporarily suspend our refund policy. Any updates will be communicated promptly to our customers.
We adhere to the regulations set by the Indonesian Government. If changes in regulations, such as border closures, render your approved e-VISA invalid or expired, we are unable to provide a refund.

General Terms & Conditions of PT Bali Wisata Bailk, Indonesia
- Only once you completed the payment, we can start to process of your visa application with the immigration officials.
- Once the visa application is in process, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund of the fee can be granted (no refund provided).
- The immigration department has the right to decline your application without giving any reason. In such as case no refund can be given / very rare, but it can technically happen.
- We adhere to Indonesian immigration rules and regulations. We are not responsible if there is any sudden changes published by the immigration, which may cause a delay or rejection for your application or entry into the country or any immediate changes (no refund policy).
- In case of any delay in the process, such as but not limited to: closure of immigration office, problems with the technology, public holidays, etc, Bali.com is not responsible for any delays occurring.
- All information asked for in the form are mandatory and need to be filled in without any errors. The immigration office could otherwise reject the application. All documents must be in English. As part of our service, we will help you to make sure all documents are as required.
