How to upload PASSPORT SCANS & Passport Photos

In order to avoid any delays of your Visa Application please make sure your documents are according to the requirements

1. Passport Document Requirements

  • No Fingers or any other objects shown on picture
  • Full Page, 100% visible
  • Properly cropped (no edges or background visible)
  • No reflections, not blurry. Photo must be clear and crips
  • horizontal

Note: For some nationalities the Signature or ‘Place of Birth’ information is not on the main page. If this is the case for you, please provide an additional scan that shows these details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

– Passport Validity minimum 6 months

For most visas, particularly the Visa on Arrival and Visit Visa 211A, the passport MUST be valid at least for a minimum of 6 months from the day you wish to arrive in Indonesia. If it’s less, the visa application will be denied by the immigration department. There are no exceptions.

Some visas or travel documents require a minimum of 12 months.

– Document in Good Condition

If your passport is not in good condition when you arreive, the immigration officers might send you back. Ripped, or coffee stains etc…can ruin your holiday before it began.

2. Passport Photo Requirements

  • Not older than 3 months!
  • No facial expressions
  • Full portrait, look into the camera
  • White / neutral background, no objects
  • No hats, glasses, headsets
  • A proper selfie in front of a white wall is allowed

The requirement for official passport photos are very strict, make sure to upload according to the requirements.
