With This Visa You Can:
- Travel to and from Indonesia.
- Engage in tourism activities and visit friends or family.
You Must:
- Comply with all laws and regulations and respect local customs, culture, and traditions.
- Ensure you have sufficient funds for living expenses during your stay in Indonesia (details below).
Other Information:
- If you meet the conditions, you will automatically obtain the Electronic Limited Stay Permit (e-ITAS) and the Re-Entry Permit upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint (you do not need to go to the immigration office to obtain a Limited Stay Permit and Re-Entry Permit). In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office.
- Overstaying your visa, engaging in prohibited activities, or failing to comply with visa conditions and Indonesian laws may result in fines, deportation, or other legal consequences.
- You are prohibited from selling goods or services in Indonesia.
- You are prohibited from working for compensation, wages, or any similar payment from individuals or companies in Indonesia.
Documents & Financial Requirements:
- Statement of commitment that the applicant will deposit funds in an account in his/her own name worth at least US$50,000 (fifty thousand US dollars) in a state-owned bank for the visa application
- You must then deposit the required amount and report the accounts in state-owned banks to the immigration office within 90 days after the date of entry.
- You must be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia therefore provide a bank statement showing monthly income or benefits of at least USD $3,000.
- A passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (or 12 months for holders of other travel documents such as emergency passports or identity documents).
- A recent photograph.
- A Curriculum Vitae.
- A travel itinerary.
