C 1 Visit Visa Tourism – 60 days (211A)

Stay in Indonesia:

60 days (extendable)

With this visa you can:

• Conduct activities related to tourism, visiting friends or family, and transit.
• Attend as a participant at meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions.

You must:

• Be staying in Indonesia for visit purposes only.
• Be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia.
• Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws.
• Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.

Other information

• You can extend this visa or convert it into another visa or stay permit.
• You are prohibited from staying in Indonesia after your stay permit expires.
• You are prohibited from carrying out any profit-making activities in any form.
• You are prohibited from attending events as a speaker (Speaker Visa)

Performing prohibited activities, not complying with the terms of your visa, and/or not complying with the laws of Indonesia may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.

Document Requirement

• Passport valid for at least 6 months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, Titre de Voyage, etc., must be valid for 12 months).
• Personal bank statement for the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account) with minimum balance of USD 2000
• A recent color photograph.

Visa Validity before Arriving in Indonesisa

This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within a maximum of 90 days from the date of issue.

Stay in Indonesia

Up to 60 Days (Extendable)

With this visa you can:

• Carry out activities related to business, meetings, or shopping, including but not limited to checking goods at the office, factory, or production site.
• Discuss, negotiate, and/or sign business contracts.
• Conduct activities related to tourism and visit friends or family.

You must:

• Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
• Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesian laws.
• Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.

Other information

Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions,
and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.

You are prohibited from selling goods or services.

You are prohibited from continuously supervising the production activities of producers or sellers.

You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar compensation from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Document Requirement

• Passport valid for at least 6 months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports or documents of identity, validity must be 12 months).
• Personal bank statement with a minimum amount of USD $2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account).
• A recent color photograph.
• Information, invitations, or correspondence from government agencies or private institutions explaining the relationship with the applicant. (Will be Provided by PT Bali Wisata Baik)

• Conduct activities related to social programs in Indonesia.
• Conduct activities related to tourism and visit friends or family.

You must:

• Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
• Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesian laws.
• Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.

Other information

Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions,
and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.

You are prohibited from selling goods or services. No Paid Work!

You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar compensation from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Document Requirement

• Passport valid for at least 6 months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports or documents of identity, validity must be 12 months).
• Personal bank statement with a minimum amount of USD $2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance account).
• A recent color photograph.
• Proof of guarantee from the guarantor.
• Statement from a government agency or private institution explaining the details of the activities and trips of the foreigner during their stay in Indonesia. (can be provided by PT Bali Wisata Baik)
